CARI Committee 2010-11

CARI Advisory Network

Composition: The CDSA Board President will appoint the committee chair.  In turn, the committee chair will appoint interested members of CDSA to form the committee. 

 

Duties:  The CARI Committee will provide guidance and expertise to sustain and expand the number of government contracts for the employment of people with disabilities.  The committee will monitor issues that restrict job procurement on an ongoing basis to determine the priority each issue will receive relative to CARI’s effort and resource commitment.

 

Participation Required: The members should participate in all CARI Committee meetings and should attend each of CDSA’s three regular association meetings. They also should assist in their area with CARI efforts.

Strategy:  Develop policies and procedures for programs

Objective for this year: 
IV.A.2.a.  Complete policies and procedures by April 1, 2010

Tactics for this committee to implement:

Work with CARI Committee to develop outline of policies and procedures

ii.

Encourage all participants to evaluate outline

Write complete policies and procedures

iv.

Have lawyer review
