CDSA Committees
Audit Committee. There shall be an audit committee composed of three (3) members elected by the Board of Directors from the membership-at-large or the Board. The Audit Committee shall be elected by April 1 of each calendar year, and will take office on July 1 following election. Members serving on the Executive Committee or Finance Committee may not simultaneously serve on the Audit Committee. Audit committee members shall serve staggered 2-year terms. The chair of the Audit Committee shall be selected annually by the Audit Committee members.
CARI and Business Services Committee will provide guidance and expertise to sustain and expand the number of government contracts for the employment of people with disabilities. The committee will monitor issues that restrict job procurement on an ongoing basis to determine the priority each issue will receive relative to CARI’s effort and resource commitment.
