DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION SERVICES
Work Training Center has a senior management position opening for Director of Rehabilitation Services. Reports directly to the ED. Manages licensed Adult Developmental Day Programs (ADP) and Social Skills Training Programs (SSTP). Manages & coordinates programs at four sites in Chico, Oroville & Paradise. Develops and maintains the agency’s Rehabilitation Policies and Procedures. Designs, implements, manages, and measures effectiveness of all WTC non-work based day program services. Provides training for ADP staff including orientation, ProACT, and CPR/First Aid, and on-going in-service training in accordance with Titles 17 and 22 mandates.
