Carl London is a lobbyist with experience in the public and private sector. Carl has worked with Rose & Kindel since 1996, and he has extensive experience in grassroots lobbying and political action committee development. He previously worked as Director of Legislative Affairs for the California Psychological Association (CPA) where he was responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategies for the 5,000-member professional association.
