Dwight is a veteran of 30 years in the world of California public policy and politics. Currently, the principle in his own lobbying firm – Hansen & Associates – he has worked for the last 14 years on behalf of people with disabilities and the non-profit agencies that service them.
Rose & Kindel
Carl London is a lobbyist with experience in the public and private sector. Carl has worked with Rose & Kindel since 1996, and he has extensive experience in grassroots lobbying and political action committee development. He previously worked as Director of Legislative Affairs for the California Psychological Association (CPA) where he was responsible for developing and implementing legislative strategies for the 5,000-member professional association.

Sue North joined Rose & Kindel in January of 2009, after serving in a variety of public policy positions, primarily in the Legislature, but also in related activities over the past 30 years.
She most recently served as the Chief Consultant to the Senate Human Services Committee, while concurrently serving as the Executive Director of the Joint Legislative Blue Ribbon Commission on Autism.
