Institute Board
The CDSI Board of Directors consists of Officers and Directors. The officers consist of the president, past president, vice president and secretary/treasurer. Officers serve one year terms and are nominated by the Nominating Committee and voted by the membership. Directors serve two year terms and are nominated by the Nominating Committee and voted by the membership.
